impressed after all
It turns out black stitches are standard and the doctor went out of his way to call me to see if there was anything he could do to make me happy. This in and of itself was impressive and the doctor thanked me for calling back. It may not be the most glamorous office and you won't likely get a state-of-the-art consult, but definitely sufficient.

Not an impressive office, staff, bedside manner, etc. Got a small thing removed by my ear and the doctor, without telling me, put in BLACK stitches. Why in the world would someone put black stitches on someone's face???? Also, found out later that the stitches won't dissolve, which I thought was standard nowadays. Had a follow-up appointment and had made an appointment for my husband. Cancelled both. Would rather remove stitches myself rather than go back. Also, wanted a dermatologist to give me ideas about better skin care and recommendation on products given various needs. He didn't. He simply recommended some walgreens moisturizer. Are you kidding me?
